Obituary for Harrison Schuyler Ward

"Harrison Schuyler Ward, 80, of 1313 Hanshaw Road, died Thursday, April 14, 1988, in Tompkins Community Hospital. He was born in Philadelphia, Pa., the son of the late Harry A. and Edith Church Ward.
Mr. Ward attended Syracuse University and was employed by the U.S. Postal Service of Ithaca for more than 17 years before his retirement. He was a member of the First Congregational Church and Theta Chi fraternity at Syracuse University.
Mr. Ward was the husband of the late Marion Ward, who died in October 1987. He is survived by one son, John Ward of Naples.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 20, in the First Congregational Church. The Rev. Peter Ilgenfritz will officiate."
