"Eleanor Goodman Corvini of Mt. Vernon, a longtime resident of Bronxville, died on December 26, 2002. She was 80. Mrs. Corvini, a homemaker, was born in Ithaca, NY, and graduated from Cornell University. A kind and caring friend to many, she will be remembered for her love of music and poetry and her generous support of her favorite causes.
She is survived by a sister, Clara Goodman of Ithaca, two daughters, Margaret Corvini of Huntington, NY, and Pat Corvini of San Jose, CA, and two granddaughters, Elizabeth and Katherine Eichenberger of Huntington. She was predeceased by her husband Rudolph Corvini. Donations may be made in her honor to the Southern Poverty Law Center."
