"Hiram Mintz Dead; Binghamton Realtor; Cornell Alumnus
  Hiram Mintz, 56, a graduate of the Cornell Law School with the class of 1901, and for many years a prominent Binghamton realtor, died on Saturday night at the Clifton Springs Sanitarium. He had been in ill health for the past year.
  Mr. Mintz was a brother of the late Ben Mintz of this city and is survived by one brother who resides in Binghamton and several nephews and nieces residing in Ithaca and elsewhere."
