Marriage of June Westervelt and John Warren George on March 16, 1957

"The wedding of Miss June Westervelt of 31 Massachusetts Ave., Boston, Mass., daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Westervelt of 115 Halcyon Hill, and John Warren George, son of Dr. John J. George and Mrs. George of Highland Park, N.J., took place at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 16, 1957, in Arlington St. Church, Boston. The Rev. Arthur H. Tripp officiated at the ceremony.
  The bride, given in marriage by her father wore a slate gray street length dress and a corsage of yellow roses.
  Miss Georgie Anne Westervelt of Syracuse, the bride's sister and Rolf S. Krinde of Cambridge, Mass., attended the couple. The ushers were William W. Westervelt of Hartford, Conn., and Ralph E. Westervelt of Montreal, Canada.
  The wedding breakfast for the bridal party and immediate families was held at the home of Miss Wilhelmina Eaton.
  Mrs, George received a B.S. degree from Boston University School of Nursing and is a member of the staff of the Boston Visiting Nurses Assn.
  The bridegroom received a B.A. degree from Princeton University and an M.S. degree from the University of North Carolina and is now completing work toward a Ph.D. degree at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is associated with the Arthur D. Little Industrial consulting firm.
  Mr. and Mrs. George will reside at Apt. 2, 10 Wendall St., Cambridge, Mass."
