"Cloverdale Farms Co. Inc., of Binghamton has been bought by the Dairymen's League Cooperative Assn. Inc. Stanley H. Benham, League president made the announcement today.
Benham said that League members have supplied Cloverdale with milk for 32 years. The purchase was made to preserve a valuable market outlet for League members when Cloverdale found it desirable to sell in order to settle an estate.
In purchasing Cloverdale Farms co. Inc,, the League also acquired six milk and ice cream businesses which have been affiliated with Cloverdale Farms: .... Ithaca Ice Cream Co. Inc. Ithaca,...
