"Four-story, two-bay, painted brick commercial building; street-level facade has altered display window storefront (ca. 1970) with a recessed center entrance; corrugated metal sign covers the entire second story; third and fourth stories retain historic rectangular windows with stone lintels and sills and one-over-one sash; plain, stamped metal cornice at roofline. Built ca. 1919."
