"Four-story, three-bay, buff brick commercial building; street-level facade has altered storefront (ca. 1980) with display windows and recessed entrance; upper stories retain historic rectangular windows with concrete sills, soldiered brick lintels, and one-over-one sash; brick quoins mark building comers in the upper stories and soldiered brick course traverses tops of fourth-story windows; parapet wall at roofline with concrete coping and decorative checkerboard voids in the brick parapet. Built ca. 1917."
