"Joseph Skala, 89, of 2873 Elmira Rd., Town of Newfield, died Friday, May 24, 1968 at Oak Hill Manor after a long illness. He was born in Barre, Vt., Dec. 22, 1978. He was a retired Tompkins County Highway Dept. employee and was a member of the Premysl Otakar Lodge of Pony Hollow.
