"Joseph Skala, 89, of 2873 Elmira Rd., Town of Newfield, died Friday, May 24, 1968 at Oak Hill Manor after a long illness. He was born in Barre, Vt., Dec. 22, 1978. He was a retired Tompkins County Highway Dept. employee and was a member of the Premysl Otakar Lodge of Pony Hollow. He is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Edith Orcutt of Groton, Mrs. Ethel Barlow of Batavia, Mrs. Evelyn Kish of Ithaca and Mrs. Virginia Farkas of Etna ..."
