"College Spa, a new soda fountain and restaurant, will open at 2 p.m. Saturday. It is located at 218 E. State St.
George and Pete Atsedes, who have conducted the Soda Spa at 103 N. Cayuga St., for the past seven years, are the proprietors. They will continue the Soda Spa.
The interior of one side of the Christiance-Dudley pharmacy has been remodeled, with cushion-equipped booths to accommodate 60 persons, the latest air conditioning equipment, an indirect two-color neon lighting system, and modern soda fountain and kitchen facilities.
Tony de Angelis, Ithaca muralist, has been in charge of the interior decorating."
