The city renumbered its streets in 1899 using the hundred block system (see Crandall 1899 City Engineering Map).
1910 Sanborn: shingle roof, front L-shaped one-story open porch with metal or slate roof, one-story section on north (back) side with metal or slate roof; two small outbuildings, both are 1-story frame buildings with shingle roofs.
