"Three-story, two-bay, brick commercial building; street-level facade has altered storefront (1964), with display windows and recessed center entrance; cast iron crown molding caps storefront; second and third stories retain segmentally arched windows openings with projecting cast iron window hoods and historic one-over-one sash on second story, vinyl replacements on third; third story retains projecting cast iron sills as well; wood comice consists of three carved wood brackets, plain frieze, and prominent dentil course below overhang; resembles adjacent building at 150 East State Street. Built 1860s."
