134-136 East State St. Historic name: West Brothers Building 

"Four-story, five-bay, mixed-use Beaux-Arts-style masonry building; street-level facade has three altered storefronts with recessed entries, display windows, and angled display cases; four two-story high pilasters with Corinthian capitals and elongated bases separate five bays on the second and third stories; second and third stories retain large, rectangular windows with historic one-over-one sash and carved stone floral relief panels between the second and third-stories windows; denticulated entablature separates the third and fourth stories; fourth story retains paired pilasters with Corinthian capitals separating five recessed bays and supporting entablature above; fourth story retains large, rectangular windows with historic one-over-one sash and floral relief panels above; entablature consists of stamped metal architrave, elaborate floral frieze with stamped metal dentil course, scrolled brackets, and projecting comice above. Details may be terra cotta. Built ca. 1840; exterior alteration 1892-93; storefront alterations 1935, 1950, 1966.
