"Three-and-one-half story, five-bay, brick commercial building with slate-shingled mansard roof; street-level facade has altered storefront (1968) with large display case in the center flanked by doors and side display cases; entire second story obscured by full-length metal screen (1968); third story retains rectangular windows with stone sills, historic one-over-one sash; corbelled brick cornice; final half-story has stamped metal cornice and five pedimented dormers with square-headed windows with one-over-one sash.
