"Three-story, two-bay, painted brick commercial building; shares pebble dash street-level facade (ca. 1970s) with 120 East State Street; second story obscured; third story retains rectangular windows with stone lintels and sills and historic two-over-two sash; building retains bracketed stamped metal cornice with elaborate modillions at soffit. Built 1840-1851."
