Note that this Osborn Block/Building was not the same as the Osborn Block at 119-121 E State St (between N Cayuga and N Aurora Its).
This building is listed as 103 E State on the 1898 Sanborn and the 1899 Crandall maps, however, the next building to the right is also listed as 103 on those maps (103A on the 1898 Sanborn).

The address for the  Osborn Block in the 1899 Ithaca City Directory was E State near Aurora.
