There was an 89 W Green St, likely at this location, in the late 1860s and 1870s. It does not appear that another building was on this location again until the mid-1910s when it was numbered 523 W Green St (523 W Green St first appears in the 1915-16 city directory).
Mary Allen was at 89 W Green in the 1869-70, 1872, 1873-74, 1875-76 city directories. No one was listed at 89 W Green St in the 1876, 1878, and 1880-81 city directories, and the street directory section of the 1883-84 city directory lists a vacant lot (no number) between 87 and 93 W Green.
No building at this location (89/523 W Green) on the 1889 Beers map, 1893 or 1899 Crandall map, or 1910 Sanborn map.
