Description:
This small 1 ½ story, wood shingled residence has been added to a number of times. It has a front facing gable. There is a large, addition on the east side that is cantilevered over the driveway. It is supported by knee braces. There is a shed roofed wall dormer on the west side of the house. A porch spans the front façade and wraps around the east side.

1872 – Thomas Allen, coachman (92 West Green Street)
1872 – Lavina Gwin, widow of David (90 West Green Street) – Gwin and Guynn are probably the same person
