Description:
This is a large, 2-story, asbestos shingled residence with a front facing gable, with wide overhanging eaves. There is an open porch that spans about half of the front façade. Its roof is supported by heavy square posts. The balustrade is closed. The access to the raised porch is from stairs on the east side. The windows are 1/1 double-hung sash. Some are especially wide. A brick chimney, which has been parged, runs up the east side of the house. On the 1919 Sanborn map this house first appears identified as flats.
