Earlier street address 42 Wheat St (see 1893 Crandall map sheet 24 which appears to have been updated after the 1899 map).
The city renumbered its streets in 1899 using the hundred block system (see Crandall 1899 City Engineering Map).
Wheat Street was renamed Cleveland Ave in 1908.

Description:
This is a 2-story residence with a front facing gable. There is a 1-story addition at the rear, which projects out beyond the west side of the house. An open, 1-bay porch has been constructed in the ell created by the addition. The windows are 2/2, double-hung sash.

1910 – Charles W. Dade, chef. He purchased the property in 1933 (233/57)
