Street Address History:
Earlier street address 44 Wheat St (see 1893 Crandall map sheet 24 which appears to have been updated after the 1899 map).
The city renumbered its streets in 1899 using the hundred block system.
Wheat Street was renamed Cleveland Ave in 1908.

Description: 
This is a 2-story, L-shaped residence with a front facing gable. An open porch has been constructed across the front of the wing.  A large, shed roofed dormer expands the wing to 3 stories.  Most windows have been replaced and are 1/1, double-hung sash.
