"Three-story, three-bay, painted brick commercial building; street-level facade has altered storefront (1937, 1975) with display windows and recessed entrance; upper stories retain rectangular windows with continuous stone lintels and sills and historic one-over-one sash; brick panels with mousetooth pattern between the second and third story windows; flush brick segmental arch, carved terra cotta course, recessed brick diagonal-pattern course, and stepped brick course above third story windows; pressed metal comice at roofline shared with 152 East State Street. Built 1850s-1860s; storefront alterations 1937 and 1975."
