"Oreste Morris, well known proprietor of a shoe repairing business, has begun the construction of a new three-story brick business and residential block on his property at 132-134 West State street.... The new structure will necessitate the elimination of Mr. Morris' present shoe shop at 132 West State street. It will be 65 feet in length and 36 feet in width. Plans for the building provide for two stores on the ground floor. Mr. Morris will occupy one of these stores for a shoe shop and the other will be occupied by a delicatessen business to be conducted by his brother, Alfred Morris. The second and this floors will contain four apartments."
