Map of lots in Town of Ithaca transferred by Mrs. Emily Evans Sheldon to Albert Cicchetti and wife, Apr. 21, 1941. The lots were vacant. The top (easternmost) lot, known as 302 E Upland Rd, was sold to Garrett Felton at roughly the same time. Albert and Erma Cicchetti built houses on the three other lots for sale. The bottom right lot was known as 901 Triphammer Rd and later as 300 Upland Rd. Prior to the transfer, Emily Sheldon moved an earlier structure from this location to 303 Upland Rd.
