"George L. Clapp has started a new sign works on South Cayuga street and is making revolving and electric signs. He placed several on East Hill, and they were so novel that the students took them. He is making samples now and getting ready to issue a catalogue. The signs are intended for barbers, druggists, physicians and others to hang in front of their business places.'
