Marriage of Virginia Mae Andrews to Llewellyn C. Hayes
The Ithaca Journal, Dec 5 1946, P. 4, Col. 4.

"Mr. and Mrs. Floyd E. Andrews of Forest Home announce the marriage of their daughter, Miss Virginia Mae Andrews, to Llewellyn C. Hayes, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold C. Hayes of Saranac, Sunday, Dec. 1, 1946, in Elkton, Md.
  The bride was graduated from Ithaca High School and Williams Business School and has been employed as secretary to the national advertising manager of The Knickerbocker Press, Albany. Mr. Hayes was graduated from Plattsburgh High School and Albany Business College. He served in the armed forces for 4 years as a paratrooper of the 11th Airborne Division, 1 1/2 years of which were spent in the Pacific Theater.
  Mr. and Mrs. Hayes are temporarily residing in Albany."
