"SEMINOLE, Fla. - Joseph E. Thomas, 76, of 11720 78th Ave. N., Seminole, Fla., formerly of Ithaca, died Friday, Oct. 28, 1983 in Seminole.
Before retirement, he was a supervisor of residential halls at Cornell University. He was a member of the Elks and the Statler Club of Cornell.
He is survived by his wife, Isabelle of Seminole; one son, William E. Thomas of Shrewsbury, Mass.; and three grandchildren."
