"Glenn C. Palmer Jr., 61 of RD #1, Conklin passed away Wednesday, April 19, 1989 at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospice. He is survived by his wife, Helen J. Palmer, Conklin; one daughter, Betsy Palmer, Binghamton; three sons, Patrick, US Air Force, Dover, Del., Alan and James Palmer, both at home; one sister and brother-in-law, Jean and Dr. William C. Buell, Geneva, NY; also several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was a member of St. Andrews Church, retired from NYS Police Troop C in 1977 after 25 years. Employed at Broome County Coop Fire Insurance Co. for 11 years, member of the Conklin Kawanis.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at Friday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Andrews Church, Conklin Ave., Binghamton. Burial will be in Conklin Cemetery."
