"Mrs. Emily Sheldon of 305 E. Upland Rd. died today, Sept. 3, 1949, in Memorial Hospital after a long illness.
She is survived by two sons, Evan H. Sheldon of Ithaca and Bert T. Sheldon of New York City.
In accordance with her wishes there will be no funeral services."
