“Samuel Grover, a colored man who with his wife was employed by B. I. Norton at Groton, died suddenly on Monday of last week. The funeral was held at the home of Mr. Norton on Thursday; burial at Ledyard. Mr. Grover was born at King Ferry, and for fourteen years was coachman for A. B. Cornell.”
