Obituary for William C. Mitchell

"William C. Mitchell, 91, of 340 Forest Home Drive died Tuesday, Oct. 12, 1965, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Joseph E. Thomas, 332 Forest HomeDrive. He was a member of Forest Home Chapel.
  Mr. Mitchell had been a stone mason in the Ithaca area for many years, working on many buildings at Cornell University. He served several years as financial secretary to the local unit of the Bricklayers, Masons and Plasterers Union.
  In addition to his daughter, he is survived by two sons, Arthur Mitchell of Ithaca and William C. Mitchell Jr. of Tunkhannock, Pa.; eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
   Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Wagner Funeral Home, the Rev. Lloyd Moffett of Forest Home Chapel officiating. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
  Friends may call from 7:30 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home."
