Note:  A note on the Find a Grave memorial page [accessed on 6/20/2026] indicates that he was a farmer from Peruville, died after a short illness (possibly influenza, which was in the area in 1918), and left a wife and two sisters. His second wife was Ada Rhodes Kennedy.
