"Cecil Werner Armstrong, 88, of Carefree, retired president of Armstrong Products Company of Warsaw, Ind., died Aug. 30, 1996. He was born in Clinton, Okla. Survivors include his wife, Doris; daughter, Elizabeth Rasmussen; son, Robert; and five grandchildren.
