"The Tompkins County Trust Co. has bought the home of the late Dr. H. P. Denniston at 113 E. Seneca St.
  Charles E. Treman, president of the bank, said the house will be torn down and the area developed next spring as an expansion of the bank's present parking lot next door.
  The transaction was closed about 10 days before Dr. Denniston's death July 8.
  It is not yet known how many parking spaces will be added to the present lot's 26, but traffic in and out of the lot will be improved, Treman said.
  The site will be landscaped in key with the present lot."
