"Miss Minnie Grace Fletcher died in Waverly Tuesday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock. She was 31 years old and was born in this city. Her education was received in the public schools of this city and for many years she was a loyal and faithful member of the African methodist Episcopal Zion Church where she was organist and member of the Board of Trustees. She resigned from the church last month to be assistant pastor of the African methodist Episcopal Zion Church at Waverly. She is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. George R. Fletcher, and one brother, William T. Fletcher, all of this city."
