  "James Evans Frazer of 55 Milton Road, Rye, received word yesterday that he has been accepted for enrollment in Cornell University, where he will pursue a course in the College of Agriculture to become an agricultural engineer. His parents are Mr. and Mrs. James E. Frazer, who are biology teacher at the Rye High School and cafeteria director at the Port Chester schools respectively."
