“Mrs. Rebecca Spencer, 90, of 440 N. Titus Ave., widow of Frank Spencer, died unexpectedly this morning, March 21, 1956, in Memorial Hospital after a heart attack.

She is survived by a son, Garrett Singleton of Ithaca; a granddaughter, Miss Jean Preston and a grandson, John Preston, both of Washington, D.C.

Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Shea Funeral Home, 314 W. State.”
