"Five-story buff brick commercial building divided into two wide vertical sections separated by brick piers; street- level facade retains two period storefronts with display windows set above low brick kneewall and recessed center entrances; upper stories retain rectangular ribbon windows with four side-by-side historic one-over-one sash, continuous concrete sills, and soldiered brick headers; concrete coping at parapet; cornice aligned with adjacent Treman, King and Company Building to the north. Built 1940. 
Historical note: Building replaced Lyceum Theatre."
