"Five-story, four-bay, smooth buff brick commercial building; street-level facade has altered storefront (1976) with display windows and recessed entrance; second, third, and fourth-story fenestration set in three-story arcade executed in molded brick or terra cotta with carved stone keystones above the fourth-story windows; second and third stories retain original one-over-one rectangular windows with stone lintels and sills; fourth story retains original arched windows with stone sills; architrave between fourth and fifth stories has terra cotta corbels alternating with the keystones of the arcade below; fifth story retains eight ribbon windows under continuous brick arch; upper stories retain one-over-one sash throughout; terra cotta comice at roofline with egg-and-dart 

molding above prominent denticulated comice; Built 1902.
