 "Miss Fern L. Desenberg, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Desenberg, 158 South Second street, Steelton, became the bride of Capt. Harry Walmer, AAF, son of Mr. and Mrs. I. H. Walmer, 120 North Front street, Steelton, yesterday afternoon at 3 o'clock in Centenary United Brethren Church, Steelton.

  A graduate of Steelton High School, Mrs. Walmer is employed by the Harrisburg Housing Authority in Highspire. Captain Walmer was graduated from Steelton High School and Aero ITI, at Glendale, Calif., where he received his degree in aeronautical engineering. He enlisted in the Army in 1942 and has served one year in the South Pacific. He is stationed at the Middletown Air Technical Service Command.
  The pair will reside in Middletown."
