Robert Van de Pas, age 94, of Texarkana, Texas died December 6, 2009, at his residence. Mr. Van de Pas was born April 11, 1915, in Schoondijke, Holland. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, Arkansas; the Texas A & M Alumni Association, and was a Veteran of The U.S. Army having served in WWII. He is survived by his wife Mildred Van de Pas of Texarkana, Texas; a daughter Sally Van de Pas of Texarkana, Texas; one brother-in-law James Robert Banks of Oklahoma City, OK and numerous nieces and nephews.
