1944 Sale [BF122826-001 DEED] of lot in northwesternmost corner of Hungerford property to Frank L. and Dorothy McCartney. Dorothy McCartney was a daughter of Roy and Maude Hungerford.
1948 Sale [BF135158-001 DEED] by McCartney to Kelly of eastern section of his lot to Marcia and Merle J Kelly
Beginning in 1951, Roy E. Hungerford began to subdivide his remaining property along Ellis Hollow Road.
1951 BF000748-001 MAP [copy at BF006226-001 MAP) establishes Lots A, B, C, at the eastern end of the property on Ellis Hollow Road, retaining the land up the hill south of those lots.
Lot A was sold [BF140532-001 DEED] in 1951 to Robert E. and Doris A. Osborn.
Lot B was sold [BF140741-001 DEED] in 1951 to John R. Raggie, Jr and Evelyn A. Raggie.
Lot C was sold [BF155752-001 DEED] in 1951 to William S. and Caroline M. Smith.
1953 BF002162-001 MAP establishes Lots D, E, F, west of Lots A, B, C, retaining the land up the hill south of these lots.
Lot D was sold [BF155990-001 DEED] in 1951 to Delvan J. and Mary L. Coykendall.
Lot E was sold [BF145354-001 DEED, BF143728-001 DEED] in 1952 to Donald W. and Monica H. Magee.
Lot F was sold [BF143615-001 DEED] in 1953 to Grace P. and James M. Brookfield.
1958 BF002542-001 MAP established Lot G, to west of Lot F
Lot G was sold [BF086953-001 DEED] in 1958 to Edward W Foss.
Roy Egan Hungerford died in November 1958. Maude inherited his property. Their house was now known as 1137 Ellis Hollow Rd.
1968
1968 map [BF018121-001 MAP] summarizes the ownership of Lots A - G, the lot with the Hungerford home, and the two lots (reputed owners, Mccartney & Kelly) to the west. This map was referred to in the deed for the September 1968 sale [002122-001 DEED] by Maude Hungerford to Finger Lakes Stone Co. Inc. of entire property except the lots mentioned above in this description and the property in which Maude still lived.
1969
Shortly before her death, the rest of her property was conveyed [004147-001 DEED] to Finger Lakes Stone Co. Inc. This included the house and surrounding lot at 1137 Ellis Hollow Rd.
Maude R. Palmer Hungerford died in October 1969
In December 1969, Finger Lakes Stone sold a small lot with Maude Hungerford's house (1137 Ellis Hollow Road) to John J. and Elizabeth A. Cummings. This deed includes a survey map as page 3 of 4.
