  "Announcement is made of the marriage of Mrs. Mildred Cole Mintz of 421 N. Cayuga St., and Dr. Philip C. Sainburg of 321. N. Geneva St., on Thursday, Feb. 12, 1959.
   The ceremony was performed by Judge Donald Monroe in Elmira.
   They were attended by Mr. and Mrs. Roderic Rahe of Darien, Conn. Mrs. Rahe, the former Joan Mintz, is the bride's daughter.
   Also attending were Robert L. Sainburg of Allentown, Pa., the bridegroom's son and Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Pierce of Elmira."
