Native of Buffalo. "Dr. Parmenter, who is co-ordinator of research at Cornel! University, has been a consultant to the Operations Research Office for some months. He will give part time to the new assignment. Dr. Parmenter's present duties involve research on the Cornell campus, in the Medical College in New York and the Aeronautical Laboratory in Buffalo. He served in World Wars I and II."
