"Ethel Cudlin Krizek, 78, of 1011 Hanshaw Road, died Saturday, February 22, 1992 at her home.

Born October 1, 1913 in Newfield, she was the daughter of the late Anton and Aloisi Hajek Cudlin.

She was the widow of Robert Krizek Sr. who died in 1976.

Mrs. Krizek is survived by two daughters, Mrs. John (Louise) Patterson of Ithaca and Mrs. Philip (Mildred) Delello of St. Petersburg, Florida. Two sons, George Krizek of Ithaca and Howard Krizek of Santa Clarita, California, six grandchildren, a brother, Anton Cudlin of Homeland, California, three sisters, Mrs. Otto (Ella) Blaha of Odessa, Mrs. Charles (Emma) Miller and Mrs. Joseph (Beatrice) Knight both of Newfield.
