"VACANT BUILDING at 206 S Cayuga St. comes down to make way for a parking lot for Weir's Servicenter. Gulf Oil Corp. bought the site of the Old Monarch Restaurant about six years ago for expansion of the station proper, but since has decided to convert the property into a parking facility."
