No house number given on census. The 1949 directory did not show house numbers for the Byway. Census line for Leon Tyler follows Underhill family known to have been at 9 The Byway in the 1956 ICD, the first directory with reliable numbers for the Town of Ithaca. Tyler was listed in 1949 Ithaca city directory on The Byway with phone 5377. This phone number is the same as for Willard Waters in the 1956 ICD, listed as at 11 The Byway. 9 The Byway and 11 The Byway are attached buildings, which have sometimes been occupied as separate residences and sometimes as a single-family residence. The Tylers moved to what became 104 Crest Lane by the intersection with Warren Road according to https://www.fhia.org/free-hollow-to-forest-home-appendix/ In January 1951, Leon's wife Gertrude "Trudy" hosted the Forest Home Embroidery Club, giving the address as Warren Road. They are listed at 104 Crest Lane in the 1954 Ithaca street directory. Age on census may be 45 or 47, but 47 seems more accurate. His dates were September 28, 1902 — May 27, 1988.
