    https://www.tributearchive.com/obituaries/23180665/eileen-m-williams which is a 2016 obituary for
    4/25/1928-4/10/2016: Eileen Mae Williams LaBar has a birthdate to match 1950 census entry and mentions a husband "George D. Labar" and daughter "Ronda." The latter could be the infant recorded as "Rhond" on the census and "Eileen" is probably the woman recorded as "Ilene" on the census.
