    First name on census is "Ilene." 1949 Ithaca city directory has a Mrs. Eileen LaBarr employed at 102 Adams (in same building as currently has Hickeys Music Store (with address 104 Adams). See https://www.historyforge.net/buildings/6633 -- In 1930, the building was Ithaca Laundries. The rest of the large building has been used for many small businesses more recently. Eileen lived on RD2 Groton. https://www.tributearchive.com/obituaries/23180665/eileen-m-williams which is a 2016 obituary for
    4/25/1928-4/10/2016: Eileen Mae Williams LaBar has a birthdate to match 1950 census entry and mentions a husband "George D. Labar" and daughter "Ronda." The latter could be the infant recorded as "Rhond" on the census. The 1951 Ithaca city directory has a George LaBar as a restaurant worker with wife "Elaine" at 304 Floral. This could be another misspelling of "Eileen."
