    Address on census is "24" - appears to be somewhere on Hancock St. Best guess is 604. His son is not listed in the 1899 city directory, but there is a David Tanner boarding at 313 Humboldt; in 1901 a William Tanner is living at 422 Esty and there is no listing for David.
